I am desired by the Governor to inform you that it is considered desirable that the orders conveyed to you in Letter No.999 of the 4th instant should be repeated, and for this purpose I am to transmit to you the enclosed copy of the letter referred to, and to instruct you to inform St. Wharry that he is expected to obey the orders therein given.
